This independently owned Boston area real estate agency has been known for personal service and integrity since 1952. Northrup’s longevity is a testament to its proactive response to client needs. The new site design had to stand with this tradition while its functionality embraced new technologies and expanded Northrup’s market share into new service areas.
Our creative director, Todd Cummings worked with the Northrup to meet their aesthetic. At a glance, the site design communicates the cornerstone of Northrup’s success: “Trust takes time. And we appreciate the trust that our clients have placed in us, year after year.”
The Internet Marketing Team amassed historic visitor data, identified key performance indicators and tailored an appropriate search-engine marketing strategy to build on past successes and react to site visitor needs and interests. We coached Northrup on the creation of targeted, search-engine friendly content and gave them access to updating their content and listings to meet evolvinging client needs.
The new site features include:
- Town-By-Town Searches - Provide listings, maps, and showcase Northrup’s depth of local knowledge
- Open House Directory - Northrup can easily update weekly Open House listings
- Home Finder - New listings based on visitor search criteria are automatically emailed to subscribers
- Condo Central - Condo Searches by development provide listings and insights into each development in Northrup’s service area
- Saved Searches - Web site visitors can save favorites for ready reference
