Pine Cobble School

Websites for private schools can play an important role in enrollment, outreach, and even in the perception of the educational experience offered. Parents complained that the old website was outdated and not user-friendly - qualities that should never be associated with a community-oriented private school.

This private school “lays a foundation for success in each student by building confidence in the classroom, athletic fields, and on the stage.” Its website has to convey its mission to its audience and lay a similar foundation for the school.

Union Street redesigned the website to serve the multiple constituencies of the private school community. The new site:

• Acts as a user-friendly resource of information for the Pine Cobble School’s various audiences: students, parents, faculty, alumni
• Empowers the PCS with the ability to easily update the site
• Markets the school to both prospective students and the community
• Generates revenue for the school through online donations
• Captures names and addresses of potentially interested people
• Displays current images of happy, engaged, creative students through out the year
