We know that you are a Realtor first and a steward of your website second. Every step of the way, we are working directly with you, easy to reach, we speak “plain English”, and we carefully communicate what’s next.

Premium and Custom websites are assigned a Project Manager who will be your point person throughout the development of their new website.  He or she is responsible for delivering your website to you on schedule and on budget.

Project Kickoff and Communication:

You are assigned a Project Manager who will be the main point of contact while your website is being developed. Your Project Manager sends you a client survey and organizes a project orientation meeting that kicks off our collaboration together. We collect all the necessary information from you for your new website. If you decided to have Union Street Media handle your Internet Marketing, a goals interview will also be scheduled with our Internet Marketer, who picks your target keywords and performance metrics for ongoing success.

Website Design:

We design your real estate website for your prospective buyers and sellers, based on years of performance research spanning hundreds of our websites. Working with your input, brand identity and images of your local area, we create a unique design and matching color scheme, and apply it to our award-winning property search interface.

Website Production and Evaluation:

We build your real estate website based on your approved design including multiple pages of website content and Recommended Searches. You can input more content pages and Recommended Searches yourself, or we can create them for you via our Comprehensive Optimization Package. Once the website has been created, you will be given a full working draft to review and revise to ensure it is satisfactory for launch.

Training and Launch:

Once you’ve had the chance to see the full working draft of your website, our Training Department will schedule a training with you. During this training, you will be given a full tutorial on how to edit your website, create recommended searches, manage your leads, and enhance your MLS listings. After we launch your website, we monitor it for the next few days to ensure a smooth transition. Once your site is live you will have access to our Support Team and your personal Account Manager.

At any time in the future you can optimize your new real estate website through one of our Internet Marketing packages. You can update your website yourself and call your Account Manager for advice and recommendations on how to take full advantage of the website.
