As the real estate Client Services Manager, I oversee our Account Management and Support staff. Our team strives to ensure that once a website is live, our clients have the best possible experience. Whether it’s keeping every client up to date on new features and free upgrades, conducting trainings, fixing a small glitch or planning a web strategy and design; it’s our goal to keep our clients engaged, informed and more than satisfied.
I also work with many of our clients on an ongoing Account Management basis. I keep my finger on the pulse of what our clients care about and need from their websites so that our team can be nimble with our services and outreach.
favorite part of your job
I love helping people achieve their goals, looking for cracks and finding the best way to fill them, and every day, I get to do just that. I wake up excited to see what challenges I’ll get to tackle at Union Street Media, looking forward to the conversations I’ll have with our clients about how we can help them build the best web presence possible.
It’s also a great bonus that the team of people I get to work with in the office are so dedicated to doing their jobs well while not taking it all too seriously. I know that we’re all working toward the same goals, that we all come to each project with different backgrounds and knowledge bases, that we’ll come away with the best possible solution, and that we can host a chili cook-off at lunch or go skiing together on the weekends. I’ve worked in tiny offices before and I can honestly say that the Union Street’s team is the perfect size – not too big and not too small – so that you never feel overwhelmed by the amount of people in the office, there’s little to no bureaucracy but you also get to interact with a huge variety of skills and personalities, learning something new on a daily basis.

I gravitate to grey skies: Burlington and Portland, OR (my hometown), San Juan islands. Sunny highlights: Vernazza, Italy; Amorgos, Greece; Ile de Re, France
Hobbies and Interests
Cooking and looking at pictures of food, rock climbing, biking, hiking, drawing floor plans of my dream house, playing cards, drinking VT beer, reading, repeating Tracy Morgan’s lines from 30 Rock
