Objective:

To build an online store that allows for secure payment from retailers and wholesalers, who are subject to different prices, shipping policies, and order sizes.

Solution:

• Full e-commerce site with an inventory of hundreds of socks, managed entirely by Wheel House staff.
• Custom inventory and customer management system: Wholesalers can log in under username and password to access the identical inventory database, with wholesale prices instead of retail, different payment and shipping options, and more. Wheel House creates and manages all wholesale accounts, and only has to enter products into the database once for both retailers and wholesalers.
• Wheel House realized a steady and growing order volume, starting at launch day.
