Transforming the base area of Sugarbush South, Lincoln Peak Village is a one-of-a-kind development that was initiated in the spring of 2005.
Objective:
Using architectural renderings, floor plan layouts and photos of mountain, USM was tasked with bringing the Lincoln Peak Village alive on the web before the first shovel hit the dirt.
Solution:
- Went live with a pre-launch site less than a week after initiating the project, and completed the final site in less than fifty days.
- Built a dynamic floor plan map with easy access to information about each unit
- Created a custom flash movie as a lead-in for new site visitors, and structured it so that regular site visitors skip the movie automatically rather than viewing it every time the site loads
- Set up an availability page, easily updatable by Lincoln Peak Village
