Coldwell Banker Redpath & Co., REALTORS® is a successful real estate company in the Upper Valley. Their site was successful with both visitors and search engines, but something was missing. They wanted a more elegant, professional look and greater functionality, something more in keeping with their status in the Upper Valley. They also wanted some search engine pick up for some new terms without losing their good placement for their old favorites.
- Using evocative regional Upper Valley images and the recognizable Coldwell Banker logo, the USM design team created a new look that successfully incorporates the national Coldwell Banker logo into a design that is unique to Redpath & Co.
- We created greater functionality with Quick Search Links to Redpath’s featured property listings, Advanced MLS features, a Search by town features, and a rentals database.
- USM internet marketing specialists researched existing website performance, researched new terms that bring in higher quality visitors, and optimized previously non-performing pages for these new terms.
Old site: “Site is functional, but boring. Not aesthetically pleasing.”
