My job is to make sure our client’s projects move smoothly through our site production process from beginning to end. From setting our clients up in our online meeting space, Basecamp, to sending them a message telling them that their site has launched, I act as a go-between for our clients and the USM team. My goal everyday is to make sure my colleagues and my clients remain happy and excited about the work they’re doing.
Favorite Part of My Job
I enjoy coming in to work everyday and dealing with a variety of clients and personalities. In addition, the learning opportunities seem endless - Although I’m not yet fluent in “geek” I’ve begun to figure out the confusing phrases our support staff and developers throw at me and I’m even starting to teach myself a bit of HTML. Other than that, joking with my coworkers and accidentally sending stories of being stuck in a bathroom stall to my boss.
Hobbies
Attempting to cook…and failing miserably, snowboarding, cliff jumping, hiking, photography, traveling, eating entire avocados with a dash of salt and a spoon, and compulsively checking Petfinder.com multiple times a day.
Favorite Places
Mozartplatz (Salzburg, Austria), the river bridge at 3J Farms (Danbury, NH), any snowy nook on the side of Shakedown at Smuggler’s Notch, wherever I call home.

Dad: “Haha. Don’t tell me we’re having twins. We can’t afford twins.”
Mom: “Um, no. We’re having…triplets.”
Dad: “But…how are we going to send them to college?”
